When you book a stay of 6 nights or more with us you will receive the rates above, free Hedo Change Waivers formerly known as CFAR (change for any reason).
How to Book
One night’s deposit is required to make the booking. The deposit amount will be based on the room category. You can save your spot by filling out the Book Now form.
We will forward a payment link and after deposit is made you will receive a confirmation that your deposit is confirmed. Payment
Full payment is due September 30, 2026.
If you wish to pay in installments after depositing, please work out a monthly payment plan with your assigned group agent – whoever takes your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel for a full refund by September 31st 2026.
Cancellations between October 1st 2026 and November 1st 2026 will incur a $300 penalty per person.
There will be no refunds after November 1st , 2026 but you will receive a credit good for 13 months for a future stay. (Hedo Change Waiver)
Credit Rules
- You must stay a minimum of 6 contiguous nights to earn the free Hedo Change Waiver and randomly drawn resort credits at the group cocktail party
- You will not be eligible for any other website, ads, and social media credit offers.
- You will still be eligible for repeater party drawings and the $700 for 12 night stays.
- You may utilize valid resort credits you already hold for booking this stay.
- Credits do expire 13 months after this check out.
